WRONG ORDER

We have the best quality products and the most amazing customer service and want you to be 100% satisfied and successful with our products.  We stand behind our products and are here to support you on your new path to vaping.  If you make an error in your order we will correct it right away, just call us right away on our main contact number:+971 55 122 6567.  If your shipment is damaged by the shipping courier, please take a picture and send it over to us via email or whatsapp. Then give us a call so we can send you any parts that were damaged.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

For products that just don’t seem to work the way they should or are defective, we will gladly replace them free of charge or offer you a store credit. But what is considered defective?  If you think your e-cig is not working the way it should, please call on +971 55 122 6567 to help troubleshoot the issue that you are having and help you decide if it is defective.

RETURNS:

Any unopened or unused product can be returned for a full refund* or store credit** within 5 days of purchase.

* Refund will not include the delivery and collecting fees (Approx. AED60)

** Refund as store credit will not include the initial delivery cost fees (Approx. AED30)
